The terms of styling with Vina.

Using Vina

Vina Styles is a personal styling service. You can style a piece as a guest within a limited trial, or create an account to save looks, build a closet and use more of Vina.

Please use Vina only for your own personal styling, and don't attempt to misuse, overload or get around the limits and safety measures of the service.

AI-generated styling

Outfits, Swaps, Restyles, styling notes and Talk to Vina replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They are style suggestions for inspiration, not professional, fit, medical or financial advice, and they may sometimes be imperfect.

Vina may decline or be unable to complete a request. Allowances and safety limits apply to AI features.

Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You confirm you have the right to upload them. By adding them, you allow Vina to process them to provide the service — for example, analysing a garment photo with AI and storing it in your private closet.

Shopping links and independent retailers

Product suggestions come from a live retail catalogue. Products are sold by independent retailers, not by Vina. Selecting a product link takes you to the retailer's own website, where their prices, availability, shipping, returns and terms apply.

Prices and availability can change after Vina shows them. Vina does not process orders for retailer products and is not responsible for retailer purchases, delivery or returns.

VINA+ membership

VINA+ costs US$9.99 per month, plus any applicable tax, and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each billing month.

VINA+ includes 50 AI Looks and 50 Swaps per billing month, unlimited My Closet uploads and What Vina Knows style memories. Unused Looks and Swaps don't carry over. Features marked “Coming with Vina+” are not included until released, and AI safety limits still apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time in My Vina → VINA+ → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period: you keep VINA+ until then and are not charged again. If a renewal payment fails, VINA+ access pauses once your paid period ends until payment succeeds.

We will tell you in advance before any change to the price of an existing membership.

Refunds

VINA+ is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and your access continues until the end of your paid billing period. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged after cancelling, or charged more than once, please contact support at vinastylesco@gmail.com so we can investigate and provide any refund owed. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time from My Vina → Account. If you have VINA+, deleting your account cancels it immediately and no further renewals are charged; the remaining paid period ends with the account. Deletion permanently removes your account and the information described in our Privacy Policy and cannot be undone.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Vina evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page.
